For many years Lewis Lines & Wilkes has provided legal advice to individuals and families in Brynmawr, Ebbw Vale and the surrounding South Wales valleys. Our Brynmawr office at Commercial Chambers, Blaina Road is now part of Mortimers Solicitors and continues to be known locally as Lewis Lines & Wilkes.

Mortimers was established in Bridgnorth in 1998 by Christopher Waters, with the intention of providing a modern and approachable legal service. The firm opened its office in Hereford in 2003 and has expanded over the years, incorporating Gardner Dallimore Solicitors in 2018 and R George Davies in Abergavenny in 2023, before welcoming Lewis Lines & Wilkes into the Mortimers family.

Over more than 25 years Mortimers has developed a committed team of support staff and lawyers, each one an expert in their field. We believe in combining this expertise with a genuinely friendly and approachable manner throughout all our departments.

Mortimers is accredited under the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme and is approved by the Law Society under its Lexcel scheme, which confirms the quality of the advice available.
